By accessing and using Brick Bag Inventory ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

Brick Bag Inventory is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use only. You may browse bag inventories, request new inventories, and export part lists for your own LEGO building projects.

Any commercial use of the data provided by the Service — including but not limited to redistribution, integration into paid products, or use within a business context — requires prior written approval. Please contact us to discuss commercial licensing.

User accounts

Certain features require you to create an account, including contributing bag inventories and participating in the community part identification program. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Community identification

Registered users may participate in identifying LEGO parts from uploaded images. By participating, you agree that:

• Your identification answers are used to determine consensus and improve inventory accuracy.
• An internal trust score is maintained based on the accuracy of your answers. This score is not publicly displayed.
• Accounts with consistently inaccurate answers may be automatically restricted from further participation.
• Your username and correct identification count may appear on a public leaderboard.

Intellectual property

LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse this site. All set data, part names, and images are sourced from publicly available information and community contributions.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the identification system, or engage in disruptive behavior. Automated restrictions may also be applied based on trust score thresholds.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bag inventories are community-contributed and may contain errors. We do our best to review submissions, but we cannot guarantee complete accuracy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brick Bag Inventory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
