Daily Bugle
The set inventory lists 18 x 85861 Trans-orange Plate, Round 1 x 1 with Open Stud, but we only found it used 17 times. The additional item has been added in the Unknown bag, as it's probably an error in the inventory. This set also contains 2 multipacks (minifigure weapons and power bursts), which we have added in the Bag 0, even though they are not listed as out of the bag in the instructions.
