4 Headgear Helmet (5483a + 5483b + 5483c + 5483d) have been added in Bag 18 even though they are not used in the instructions. As they are listed as a single item containing 8 helmets in the lego inventory, and the other 4 helmets are used in Bag 18, they probably all come together.
